George Farkus is a creepy, disgusting man who spies on his tenants and harasses them. He blames the tenants for maintenance problems whether it’s rational or not, then doesn’t fix important things. Many of his properties are not up to code and are a safety hazard. He insults his tenants, violates their privacy, and has threatened tenants and neighbors. The police don’t even take him seriously anymore! If a tenant stands up to his bullying, he pretends like he’s threatened by them and tries to evict them. RENTING FROM GEORGE FARKUS IS THE WORST MISTAKE YOU’LL EVER MAKE!

George Farkus’s apartments would be nice places to live, except that George Farkus is a classist, racist, misogynist (hates/fears women), is paranoid, senile, stalks and harasses his tenants and is so thick-headed, he can’t understand what people are telling him. He is convinced that "12 pm" is not the same as "12 noon", and has a VERY archaic understanding of tenant-landlord law, if any understanding at all. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD!! Unless you are a devout masochist and have nothing better to do than get into unresolvable altercations over false charges that George Farkus brings against his tenants. It must be his hobby.
