I would avoid this company like the plague. I rented my apartment from a local man who had to move out of town and turned over my lease to anchor for management. Once they took over I could not get anything done. I had no toilet for 2 months while I waited on them to fix it. I had to use the gas station down the street. My shower was leaking between the tub and the surround and created visible mold in the hall closet yet another month I had to wait with a 1 year old in the house. When I moved out they said they would send my deposit in a few days. That took numerous phone calls and a month to get. I called a few days after moving out to see how the inspection went i was told it was good and no reason I wouldn’t get my money back but they Were cleaning carpet because it flooded When I got it they took $225 of It for carpet cleaning because the apartment flooded after I moved out. They don’t care about you just your money. Their fix for the toilet was a sump pump under cinder blocks over the open septic tank with a 6 foot hose to the middle of the back yard. The yard always smelled like sewer and my son could not play in it ever.
