Watch out for disrespectful new management
My children and I have lived at Chateau Hills for just over five years and have never had a problem until the management recently changed. Ever since, this has become an uncomfortable place to live - On one occasion my wife parked in a clearly designated parking spot only to find "This is not a parking spot" painted on each window the next morning. On a more recent occasion, maintenance came in to repair some water damage from a leaky roof and - in addition to the repair - painted over a section of a wall in another area of the apartment - a wall where I had kept light pencil markings tracking the height of my children for the last five years was painted over - not the entire wall, mind you, but just the small spot where these markings were located. When confronted about this, the management was flippant and callous. They obviously lack compassion and respect for the residents here. I will be moving as soon as I possibly can.
