I cannot comment on Otis Burke Inc. however, I can tell you that my parents lived in one of the first townhouses he even built in Culpeper. His a nice man, who for various reasons, felt some responsibility when my mother, Mrs. Shaw, died in 1985. Mr. Burke stepped up to help us and you cannot find a nicer man. We have no ill feeling towards him, and he cried just as we did at her funeral. You can place yourselves in his hands and know you will be well treated.
